Return Policy

1. Return Period

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • You must contact us at sales@durgatimber.com within 30 days of receiving the product to obtain return instructions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Custom-cut or made-to-order timber and flooring.
  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered.
  • Clearance or promotional products marked “non-returnable”.

4. Return Process

  • Email sales@durgatimber.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide the return address.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of your return request.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

5. Return Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We do not refund original delivery charges unless the return is due to our error.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Notify us within 30 days of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund and cover all associated return costs.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we may deduct a fee from your refund.

8. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied if the returned item requires reprocessing or repackaging.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
